Terms of Service
Last updated: February 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a church or using WorshipSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the App
WorshipSync is for worship teams and churches to coordinate schedules, setlists, song libraries, and team chat. You may only use the app for lawful purposes and in line with these terms.
3. Account and Church Creation
You must provide accurate information when creating an account or church. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. Church creators (owners) are responsible for maintaining appropriate use of the app by their organization.
4. Subscriptions and Billing (Apple In-App Purchase)
Creating and operating a church may require an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same term unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad, or as described in Apple’s subscription management tools. If a free trial is offered, its length and conversion to a paid subscription are shown at the time of purchase.
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple according to Apple’s policies—not by us directly. Team members who join a church with an invite code do not pay separately; access is tied to the church’s subscription status.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app to harass others, share illegal content, or violate any applicable laws. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time for breach of these terms or for other reasons. You may stop using the app at any time. You can delete your account from the app: Profile → Delete account.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates. Disputes will be resolved in the applicable courts.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: use Contact support in the app (Profile or About) or our support page. You can also use the contact information in the App Store listing.
